Hilord X2 Dye Sublimation Inks

The X2 large format piezo inkjet printers are designed
for medium use production environments and
provide exceptional and consistent print quality print
after print.
In operation, the X2 dye sublimation printers exhibit
no unusual operating aspects in comparison to a
graphic printer.
Testing: Hilord controls the following parameters for every lot in order to insure a consistent product:
Physical Parameters:
- Viscosity
- Specific gravity
- Surface tension (dynamic and static)
- Particle size distribution
- Aging tests
- Oven and freezer tests
Print Data:
- Reflective density
- Lab colorspace
Test Prints using Beaver Texprint LFO Media:
- Stress test prints - No maintenance.
- Various application prints - No maintenance
Specifications:
- Transfer conditions: Standard temperature 400°F (204°C), Standard pressure = 20 - 25 psi, Standard time = 45 seconds
- Standard Substrates: Polyester/Polysatin cloth
- Other substrates with suggested manufacturers: various cloths and fabrics (Ibena and Fischer) coated metal (Hilord’s Poly-Hi coatings), carpet and other coated materials. Transfer conditions will vary per substrate.
