Dispersions

• Water based Dye Sub Dispersions at high Dye Loads (Concentrate).
• Solvent based Dye Sub Dispersions at high Dye Loads (Concentrate). Compatible with Eco Solvents.

These products allow the customer to make their own Dye Sub Inks.  The dispersions are micronized and ready for dilution to the targeted strength. 

Pigment Dispersions

• Solvent Based Vinyl ink Dispersions at high Pigment Loads (Concentrate).

This product allows the customer to make their own Solvent Based Vinyl inks at very low cost basis.  The dispersions are micronized and ready for dilution (no high shear or expensive agitators required) to the targeted strength.  Hilord can also provide the complete suggested formulation along with the rest of the ingredients (Polymers, Solvents and Co-Solvents) in achieving a low cost working final product.  These Dispersions are also compatible with Eco-solvents. 

Polymers

• Vinyl Polymers –Vinyl Chloride / Vinyl Acetate Co-polymers at a variety of molecular weights dispersed in EBA or any Custom Co-Solvent.
• Acrylic Polymers in EBA.
