When it comes to manufacturing polymers, specially formulated chemical intermediates and derivatives and rare UV colorants, Hilord's state-of-art chemical reactors can be configured to meet the most challenging scale-up and production configuration.  Hilord's reactor facility was designed with flexibility and multi-functional capabilities.

Hilord Engineering understands leveraging intellectual property by knowing how processes can be run most profitably with the best quality through accumulation and analysis of critical data. Whether its for purposes of viewing runtime data or just checking on performance from years ago, Hilord's world class data acquisition systems and controls are designed to automatically collect, archive and disseminate valuable process and plant production data.

Hilord's plant runs on a fully networked supervisory control and data acquisition system scalable from a Human Machine Interface.  The networking capabilities inherent at all levels within the plant allow us to achieve all levels of process integration.  There is total Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE) throughout the plant.
